FIRST TIME PURCHASE:
Below are options for customers based on date of original purchase of software:
1st Year Options (available 0 to 12 months from original purchase date only)
OPTION #1 2ND CHANCE PO -Free
This option can be use in case you have a Hard Drive Crash, Operating System Up-Grade, or any other reason you may need a new License Code. This is available for the original computer only for one year from the time you purchase the software.
OPTION #2 UPGRADE FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE (DISCOUNTED PRICE)
This option can be use in case a new version of the software comes out within 13 to 24 months of your original purchase. Regardless of what other options you have exercised you can purchase an update as long as your ET Serial number remains the same. We will remotely check via internet your ET Serial number and if it matches your original purchase ET Serial number , you will be eligible.
CAT - NOTICE: Once CAT program is purchased and installed a License key will be generated. In case of a license error occurs and/or you decide to remove program and reinstall, a new license key will be create which will require a new activation. DO NOT RE-INSTALL YOUR SELF. CALL US FIRST or full charges may apply.
If you transpose a digit when submit activation request you will subject to paid Option# 1. If you transpose a digit after using option #1 with in 12 month period you will pay Part #852024 or 852024F fee. Failure to contact Diesel Solutions Inc prior to removing or Re-installing program will result in extra charges for re-activation which will be at a full price replacement.
ALL 2ND CHANCE AND UPDATE OPTIONS END AFTER 24 MONTHS FROM ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. ANY SUBSEQUENT PURCHASES START OVER AS A NEW TRANSACTION SUBJECT TO CURRENT PRICES. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT WARNING.

Detroit DDDL-Notice: The ID Number MUST be E-mailed correctly. If you transpose a digit, you will be subject to pay a (Second Chance Fee). Please be careful that you email the correct numbers and Letters. Second chance activation available can be use in case you have a Hard Drive Crash, Operating System Up-Grade, or any other reason you may need a new License Code. This is available for the original computer only within two year of the activation period.

Diesel Tech Systems Laptop Warranty Exchange Policy
All Diesel Tech Systems issues or tech support request will have to open a support ticket found at our "Service Page" in www.dieselsolution.com following by a phone call within our working hours.
All Diesel Tech Systems laptop warranty claims cannot be done throughout the internet with our technicians remote section intervention. Customer after being informed by our trained tech support technicians that in fact the laptop or software cannot be repair remotely customer will have to:
1. Open a support ticket if no support ticket was open prior in the same complain.
2. Request a Claim number to add it to his laptop shipping package or paper work.
3. Request "DT Laptop Warranty Exchange Form" to be fill out by customer in order to request a DEMO laptop while customer laptop is being repair.
4. Diesel Solutions Inc will not be held responsible in any way for shipping charges or any extra charges involved in our warranty claim. Warranty customer will be held responsible for such expenses.
5. Diesel Solutions Inc DEMO laptop service is not mandatory or is included in any conditions under any Diesel Tech system purchase. Diesel Solutions Inc DEMO system sole purpose is to alleviate customers for the lost of the diagnostic capabilities of our customer as a voluntary service to all our customer. Diesel Solutions Inc DEMO laptop shipments will always included insurance in any of the shipments related to our DEMO systems. Customer�s original systems will be returned once all repairs are completed.
6. If customer fail or denied to fill the "DT Laptop Warranty Exchange Form warranty claim DEMO Laptop will be denied with no appeal. Diesel Solutions Inc will not be held responsible under any circumstances by any lost or damage cause by any Diesel Tech Systems being down, damage or while in repair of such Diesel Tech Systems.
7. Diesel Solutions Inc estimate time of any Diesel Tech System repairs will not be defined or either we will know how long will it take to repair the unit until the unit is received and we can troubleshoot such unit and contact all our vendors in relation to our Diesel Tech Systems. Only than we will contact our Diesel Tech Systems owner and advice our next procedure to be followed in order to repair customers systems within the best turn around time possible.
8. Diesel Solutions Inc will provide a Demo equivalent to your original laptop diagnostic software wise, meaning diagnostic software only. (NO MANUALS ARE INCLUDED IN OUR DT DEMO)
Refunds and Returns
All products will be delivered once Google checkout will advise us that the order in fact has been accepted and charged to customers credit card. In addition, it will take up to 24 hours in order for us to provide an order tracking number.
